a888 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights as a Player

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and a888 ("a888", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the a888 website located at https://a888.cash and all associated services, games, betting markets and promotions offered through that website.

These Terms apply to all players using a888 from Pakistan and supersede any previous terms that may have been presented to you at an earlier date. To open and maintain an account on a888, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. a888 does not permit gaming by minors under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, bots and automated scripts may not hold player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current and complete personal information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile phone number and a valid email address.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order on a888 or have been permanently banned from the platform for fraud or abuse.
• You must be using a888 voluntarily and for personal entertainment, not as an agent or proxy for a third party.

a888 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation — including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or a selfie with your ID — before processing withdrawals or at any point where a888 considers verification necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

By registering, you confirm that all information you have provided is truthful and that you are registering for your own personal use. You accept full responsibility for any activity that takes place under your a888 account.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one a888 account. If you discover that you have accidentally created a duplicate account, you must contact support immediately at support@a888.cash. Knowingly operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent a suspension or for any other reason — is a serious breach of these Terms. a888 will close all duplicate accounts, permanently ban the player and forfeit all balances across all associated accounts.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your a888 login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. a888 will never ask you for your password via email, chat or telephone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately. a888 cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

Accurate Information

You must keep your account information up to date. If your mobile number, email address or payment details change, update them in your account settings promptly. a888 sends important communications — including withdrawal confirmations and security alerts — to the contact details on file.

a888 accepts the following payment methods from Pakistani players:

a888 does not charge any deposit fees. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile wallet provider are outside a888's control and are your responsibility. All deposits are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Funds deposited to your a888 account are available for betting and gaming immediately once the deposit is confirmed.

a888 reserves the right to request proof that you are the registered owner of any payment method used to deposit. We may hold or reverse a deposit if we have reason to believe it was made using a payment method that does not belong to the account holder. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where that method supports outgoing transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 500 for bank transfers. There is no maximum withdrawal limit for verified accounts, though a888 reserves the right to process very large withdrawals in tranches for operational reasons.

Withdrawal Processing Times

• Bronze VIP tier: Standard processing — typically within 4 hours during business hours.
• Silver VIP tier: Priority processing — typically within 2 hours.
• Gold VIP tier: Fast-track — within 1 hour, seven days a week.
• Platinum VIP tier: Within 30 minutes, any time of day or night.
• Diamond VIP tier: Within 10 minutes, guaranteed.

Withdrawal requests made before completing identity verification may be held pending submission of the required documentation. a888 is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider's own processing timelines once funds have been released from the a888 platform.

a888 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. Each promotion has its own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games and expiry dates — which are published on the individual promotion page at /promotions. The following general rules apply to all a888 bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your a888 account balance after the qualifying action (deposit, registration, referral or other trigger) is confirmed.
• Bonus funds are used after your real-money balance reaches zero, unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met using your bonus balance before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• Bets placed at odds below the minimum specified in a promotion's terms do not count toward the wagering requirement.
• a888 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
• Players who attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to staking on all outcomes of an event to guarantee a low-risk return — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per payment method.

The Refer a Friend programme pays Rs 500 per verified referral directly to your a888 wallet with no wagering requirement. Full programme rules are at /refer-a-friend. Self-referral is prohibited and will result in both accounts being banned.

Bets placed on a888 are final once confirmed. The minimum bet on a888 is Rs 10. The maximum bet per market is set dynamically and may vary by event, market type and your account tier. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation — not at any odds displayed during the loading of a bet slip. In-play bets are accepted subject to the current state of the event at the time of confirmation.

Event Cancellations and Voids

If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are voided and stakes are returned to player accounts. If a sporting event is interrupted after starting, a888's settlement rules depend on the sport and market type — generally, settled markets are not reversed unless there is a clear administrative error. Obvious Errors

a888 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error — for example, pricing a heavily favoured team as a significant underdog due to a data feed error. In such cases, stakes are returned to the player. a888 will not seek to profit from its own errors, nor will it allow players to systematically exploit pricing mistakes.

The a888 VIP Club is a loyalty programme available to all registered players. Tier status is determined by your rolling 30-day wager and upgrades automatically. The five tiers are Bronze (Rs 5,000+ monthly wager), Silver (Rs 25,000+), Gold (Rs 75,000+), Platinum (Rs 2,00,000+) and Diamond (by invitation). Weekly cashback percentages by tier are 5%, 8%, 12%, 16% and 20% respectively.

VIP cashback is calculated on net losses (total losses minus total wins) for the preceding seven days and credited every Monday morning. Bronze, Silver and Gold cashback is capped at Rs 50,000 per week per player. Platinum and Diamond cashback is uncapped. Cashback carries no wagering requirement and is immediately withdrawable.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set an alarm that notifies you after a specified period of continuous play.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours to 30 days.

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors in a888's systems for financial gain.
• Placing bets on all outcomes of an event across multiple accounts to guarantee profit and exploit bonuses (known as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting abuse").
• Engaging in money laundering or using a888 to disguise the origin of funds.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing a888 staff or other players.

a888 employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with relevant Pakistani law enforcement and financial intelligence agencies. We have a zero-tolerance policy for financial crime on the platform.

a888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances: suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe; dormant accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months; or at the player's own request (including self-exclusion).

Where an account is closed for reasons other than fraud or terms violation, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their most recent deposit method within 14 business days. Bonus balances, VIP cashback pending distribution and any balance derived from fraudulent activity are not returned upon account closure for cause.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any a888 content without prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the a888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This licence does not include the right to scrape data, build competing products, or reproduce a888's odds or content on any third-party website or application.

a888 is provided on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain continuous service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. a888 is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, data feed delays, technical errors or events outside our reasonable control — including telecommunications failures, natural disasters or government actions.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, a888's total liability to any individual player arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. a888 is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages of any kind.

Nothing in these Terms limits a888's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by a888.

a888 may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, payment methods, promotions, or applicable law. When we make material changes, we will notify registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will also be published at https://a888.cash/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of a888 after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure with a full refund of your verified real-money balance.

If you have a question about these Terms, a concern about your account, or a complaint about a specific transaction or bet, the first step is to contact the a888 support team at support@a888.cash. We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours and to resolve complaints within 5 business days of receiving full details.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a complaint after exhausting the a888 internal process, you may escalate the matter through a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. Details of available ADR options will be provided at the time of any unresolved complaint.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the complaint and ADR process may be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction as determined at the time of the dispute.
